At Inner Door Center® , we offer a variety of psychological and nutrition services to help individuals improve their quality of life along with attaining life and work skills. Although our specialty is eating disorders and related addictions, we offer so much more. In addition, we are not a "medication clinic." Psychotherapy comes first, with medication as an adjunct. Prior to seeing our Psychiatrist, you will need to establish an ongoing relationship with a psychotherapist at our clinic.
Our staff is highly skilled, professional and experienced in working with these issues. Our mental health providers include:
We also have registered dietitians on staff who offer nutrition counseling along with yoga practitioners who offer private yoga therapy.
Although our center specializes in eating disorders, alcohol and chemical abuse and related addictions, we also offer psychological counseling in many of the underlying issues including:

The IOP is ideal for someone transitioning from a residential program outside of our facility or used when a higher level of care is needed vs outpatient therapy. Individuals in our IOP may transition to outpatient therapy at our facility or back to their referring treatment team. Weekly group support is available at our facility upon discharge.
This program meets weekly for two hours in the evening for seven weeks and also requires concurrent weekly individual therapy sessions. Program has a rolling admission. Initial assessment required. Please contact our office for further information and to get started.
Our individual programs are tailored to meet your needs and at your degree of readiness by registered dietitians. Our registered dietitian can assist you with many nutrition-related concerns, including:
Release emotional blocks and learn to be more at home in your body through a guided posture session with Nancy McCaochan, MA, E-RYT. Most health plans do not cover nutrition and yoga therapy services although we do participate with CAM PPO who will cover this service. For other health plans, we will give you documentation to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement although we do not guarantee.
At Inner Door Center®, our psychotherapists use psychological testing and assessments in our substance abuse treatment programs, including court-ordered referrals and driver responsibility.
